RIP OFF ALERT... THIS GUY USED MULTIPLE NAMES AND HAD A DIFFERENT COMPANY NAME ON THE BUSINESS CARD> This was the worst experience EVER with a service person. I called for an estimate, he came over and took apart the problem and then tried to charge me a $175 service charge or he would leave the parts where they were. Then he quoted me one price... and after he fixed it, he charged me $400 just to fix a part that I know for a fact costs less than 20. I told him he quoted me a different price, he called me a liar. Was rude and unprofessional. My mom mad the call and she feels taken advantage of, offended and ripped off. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE I KNOW. more

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Nassau County Consumer Affairs told me ""We know all about Pavil Plumbing (license holder). They do business under many names including: Island Park Plumbing & Sewer Rooter Service Lake Success Plumbing & Sewer Rooter Lynbrook Sewer Rooter Service Malverne Plumbing & Sewer Rooter Service Manhasset Plumbing & Sewer Rooter Services Nassau Rooter Sewer Service Port Washington Sewer Rooter Service Roosevelt Plumbing & Sewer Rooter Services West Hempstead Plumbing & Sewer Rooter Service Westbury Sewer Rooter They are the worst! They don't take care of problems. Everything may be fine when they do a simple job & there is no problem. When there is a problem they hand up on you, refuse to divulge their insurance company, and say ""Sue us!"" They broke a pipe in my house through negligence. I had to pay over $1000 cash to lean & fix the problem. Nearly $2000 in clothes & bedding were destroyed. They are real hole in the wall. 20 DBA's no address, invalid licensee name on receipts, and a long history of complaints to Consumer Afairs & the Plumbing License Board. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! more
