Will never go there again! I have shopped there before and went in to have a stone reset. They broke my stone. It was a champagne colored yellow sapphire with a beautiful unique cut. They had the stone they broke but yet tried to replace it with an orange citron with a different cut. We have been battling it out several times and the owner refuses to replace the stone with the same type, color, or cut unless I provide an itemized receipt of when I bought the stone....are you serious I bought that a couple years ago and as a jeweler he should have been able to figure out the cut, color, and stone from the one they broke. Worst jeweler ever! more

Wonderful Jewelry Store 12/30/2011

We are from Amarillo and had searched everywhere for my wedding ring. We walked in and the staff was wonderful. We bought a beautiful ring that was unique with hidden diamonds. They even offered us an extended warranty on the ring. They allow me to ship it every year for FREE to their store to maintain it. We will be back. more

Absolutely offensive experience, with outrageous prices 8/25/2011

Not only did the owner refuse to remove his Bluetooth headset while he smarmily followed me around the store, his price on an upgrade to my wife's ring was higher than in Zales at the mall. At the MALL! (and yes, it was a similar size, color, clarity and EGL certified diamond) In addition to that, he insulted me twice during our conversation talking about financing before we had ever talked about a final number or payment methods. I was offended by the comments, and surprised at the sky high prices. Run, don't walk, away from this store. more
