This was absolutely and definitely the WORST experience I have ever had in the health care industry. I visited Nason's with a visibly swollen foot and presented with very high blood pressure. I was quickly dismissed when my x-ray was negative for a break or fracture and, although the person who took my blood pressure felt that it warranted a second look, that never occurred, even after I specifically asked about it. Also, I was NEVER seen by an actual doctor and when I questioned this practice, my concern was completely disregarded. In addition, my debit card was charged twice in error and it took over one week for me to recover the money. Finally, although I expressed ALL of this to Nason's management team, I never so much as received a simple apology. I did, however, receive a one-sentence response in an email explaining that they felt my course of treatment was appropriate. I guess notably high blood pressure doesn't mean much to Nason's. For a company that advertises excellent customer service, I was extremely disappointed and would highly recommend anyone wishing to visit Nason's Medical, GO TO THE HOSPITAL!!!!!!!!!
