Worst

I took my brand new Rolex to get the. Bracelet adjusted and this bastard that did it scratched the bracelet on purpose on the first day I used it. I am so mad. $8750 watch scratch...

Some people will never be happy 11/4/2010

20 yr w/o a complaint. Writers of these reviews (couple from out of the country ) have 260 & gave them negative reviews! I believe they find pleasure doing so! We tried to take care of this fellow's watch (our tech was not in) but he left in a huff. I advised him to return it where he purchased the watch, he replied it was from the internet. It left in the same condition when it arrived. Easy to critisize someone from a computer, he would not do so in person. He was ""brave"" to call us names but, not while here. That's the kind of folks they are. more

Do not take your Rolex to those bastards 3/4/2010

I took my brand new Rolex to get the. Bracelet adjusted and this bastard that did it scratched the bracelet on purpose on the first day I used it. I am so mad. $8750 watch scratched on the first day. I read another review and it seems that they do it on purpose. They scratched the side of one of the links really bad and apparently wiped it with a rag that had who knows. What little pieces of metal scrap and scratched the gold part of the bracelet and the case. I will complain with the BBB. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ROLEX TO THEM. WORST MISTAKE EVER. more

Never coming back neither recommend to others. 2/6/2010

We were trying to find the AD listed on Rolex website for bracelet adjustment bur found it is closed. Since Diamonds Banker described itself as Rolex repair, we though it may be alternative. We were wrong. They said the service fee is USD 50 (we later found a AD on Evansville that charge us only USD 5), but they fail to complete the job and asked us going back in coming week. Cons: do not have enough knowledge on Rolex more

Great job on my watch repair. 9/23/2008

They fixed my Rolex at a great price. I also found a nice price in a ladies Rolex for my wife. The customer service was execllent. They will service all my watches in the future. Pros: Fast repair and great deals! more
