We just signed a new lease for this year, and naturally they raised the price of the rent. Note: the rent is already pretty high for the area the it is in. But they refused to give us our preferred employee discount again, stating that is was a new tenant only discount!!''! I have never heard of a company that punishes people for renewing a lease. When we complained about it, the manager we talked treated us like we were dirt and basically said that if we did not like it we did not have to sign the new lease. Which basically meant if your not happy,oh well, we don't care, you can move out and some one else will be moving into your apartment in month, so we don't really care about you. The staff are not very friendly and they never know what is going on. When we first tried to move in, we could never get a hold of anyone to sign the lease, and after we signed it it took us over two months to get someone to come to the apartment and repair the damages that were in the apartment before we moved in. You have to call about 12 times and then show up at the office and complain in order to get any maintenance work done. Even if it is semi-emergency. They shut the water off for the whole apartment complex three times this year without ever telling anyone they were going to do it. When we complained they informed us that they had no idea when the company that worked on the water pipes was going to show up to do their work so they could not tell us ahead of time when the water would be off. The is all during the time that I had a newborn in the apartment that I was trying to care for. As far as the safety thing it is in south nashville, so what do you expect, you have crime every where you live. But you would think that they would want to give the cops that live here a discount to encourage them to live here. The apartment itself is great, it is big and spacious but the staff make living at Nasboro Village Horrible!!
Pros: Big aparments
Cons: Bad location, horrible mean staff, maintentance never gets done
