The concept of collecting money for children is a good one; however, the funds appear to have not really help the child. In my personal experence the money becomes a tool that the parents use to contenue fighting over, the child appears to be trapped in the middle. \r
The abssent parent begain to resent the child because he/she has only financial responsibilities and little imput in the relationship with the child except, having to pay for a child that he has no rights to. Or the rights are not being enforced by the same court system that is vigourusly enforces childsupport. I Challenge any Judge to prove me worng and sit down and talk to me about my case in Nash County on Television and allow call ins to support either side. Back to my points Any parent who conceives a child should have 50/50 visitation, living arrangments, and support of any child. Only parents who do not want 50/50 rights should be in court on childsupport cases and then both parents pay the same amount to the case if the case is $500 each pays $250 the custodial parent share is paid to the childs college fund and can only be with drawn by the child while enrolled in a intsitute of higher learning. If children under the age of 18 in a 50/50 custody family gets in to trouble hold both parent equally responable this will stop the undremineing of the parents. Children are telling us what they want in there actions. If the parents are focused on childsupport or each other children are left to do whatever comes to their creative minds. I challenge the NASH COUNTY CHILDSUPPORT SYSTEM law makers to try the changes and put the fathers back in the childrens life free up the court system for other business and make teen age and poor people stop having so many children.
