Nathan from NASA Barkyard came out when promised, looked at our designs, and got back with me in just a few days with a quote. We were SOLD with his quote versus the other two we were entertaining! After getting approval from our HOA, we called Nathan and let him know that we were ready. They started job that same week!! Nathan did EXACTLY what we asked for and even more without charging us for several different final details. There wasn't a single hidden charge. Everything was up-front and on the spot. We've received so many compliments in just the few days since they've finished. Everyone loves the moss rock border and rock feature (a bullrock dry creekbed for drainage to prevent advanced bed erosion). The staff really know their stuff and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with the results w/o the intent of draining your budget. They want referrals. So, I'm telling EVERYONE!! GO! I have never had a better experience dealing with a company. Nathan, the job supervisor, was wonderful. From the time of the estimate to the completion of the project everything went perfect. Nathan and his crew were perfectionists. The price was great and I will definitely call this company for any work we need done. I just wish Nathan and his crew did other kind of work - I would use them for everything. more

Nathan, the job supervisor was very professional and courteous (from beginning to end); and gave us a great deal on the landscaping job. We had the vendor cover an area in the backyard with 3-4' wide by 1&1/2"" to 2"" thick Colorado sand stones. The field crew of 2-4 did not rush the work and completed the job in a timely manner. It created a very nice Arizona desert like environment in my back yard and I loved it! They also added bark mulch around 2 trees as a bonus! Initially we shopped and called a few places; and Nathan has the best prices by far and showed great customer services. I would definitely recommend Nathan to my neighbors and friends. Honest contractors are not easy to find and Nasa Wholesale Backyard has earn the title of ?Honest Good People? in my books! I will use them again. NASA WHOLESALE BARKYARD did work on a neighbor's property about 6-7 years ago. My neighbors gave them high reviews. Nathan came by my place & gave me a bid on leveling low spots in my yard & laying new sod to repair the damage from a recent construction project. Within the week my yard looked better than it had before. Several years later before we listed our house for sale I asked Nathan to come by to do some touch up work, leveling a few areas & replacing sod where the dogs had tromped to death along the fence line. Nathan made a few suggestions that would save him time & save me money & provided the same results. When it came time to begin construction on our new home in rural Brazoria country, Nathan & NASA WHOLESALE BARKYARD was hired again to supply the fill dirt grade & build the pad site area. Upon completion of construction they were called again to landscape the front of our home & sod a 50' radius around the house. In the awful heat of last June two 18 wheelers of St. Augustine grass arrived and within two days they had it all laid. All I could imagine was $4000 of sod dying in the next few days. But Nathan assured me if we followed his instructions our grass would survive. The new sod adapted quickly and in a few weeks you couldn't tell it had been freshly laid. I can't say enough good things about this company. As a result of listening & following Nathan's recommendations our beautiful new home is built on good draining soil, surrounded by a healthy lawn & landscaped with a great selection of plants & shrubs. And all survived the drought of '09. I'm sure we could have had it done by someone else cheaper but I don't know that it would have been equal or better. I know NASA WHOLESALE BARKYARD is in business to stay. I know they're product is quality. I know they stand behind their work & their products. I know their staff knows what they're doing & I trust them. Here it is February of 2010 and I'm already thinking of what's in store for Nathan & NASA WHOLESALE BARKYARD this year! NASA Wholesale Barkyard was extremely friendly, both on the phone and during my visits! I purchased a few yards of their soil mix and it's excellent quality. I used it as a dirt-supplimentt for some flower beds. After one of the heaviest rains in years, it didn't wash away! This is some good stuff. They are great business persons . Always trying to help with your purchases . They are very experience in the products they sell . They do custom landscaping to your needs or Mr. Nathan Melvin nephew will make a landscaping design for your home or business . When i purchase my new home they supply me with all saint augustine grass I needed . And front and backyard look great ! Also I love to chat with princes on the phone or when I see her at the yard .
