I have bought and sold 4 homes now in my life. Narrows West provides the best service one can imagine when going through the administrative ordeal of settling a property. Michelle Johnson runs a professional office with efficient staff who, contrary to the experience described on this page, has answered all of my calls promptly. Michelle Johnson was ABSOLUTELY horrible to deal with! I have been in the mortgage business for over 10 years and have NEVER had such an unprofessional, inefficient and lack of service experience EVER!! She has only answered her phone ONCE since I have had to deal with her and she refuses to return phone calls. She calls MY borrower demanding her to get things over to me IMMEDIATELY. She has overstepped her professional boundary time and time again. She tries to act as closer, realtor and lender when she has absolutely no idea what she is talking about! We are having a horrible time closing a loan with her because she refuses to communicate with us! We cannot believe she is still in business!!! We were required to use her because the seller KNOWS her personally. I would NOT recommend sending ANY clientele to Michelle Johnson at Narrows West. Her service is AWFUL!!
