My friends and I were going on a spur of the moment lunch. We were in Belmont for a school function (we live in Foster City) and ran into a friend who lives there and asked her for recommendations - Narita was first on her list. This place has the atmosphere of a little cafe and is pretty quiet (but relatively busy on a Saturday afternoon). The food is good and the prices are reasonable. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki and it was big enough for two (I brought some home). My friend had Sukiyaki which looked pretty good and 2 appetizer orders of Gyoza, they were that good. It was a refreshing change of pace.
