Watch out!!! 9/19/2011

Terrible customer service. Overcharges 90% of the time. Failure to deliver all food and delivery takes an hour for around the corner. 4 out of 5 times I was overcharged and 4 out of 5 orders are incorrect. I don't know which Napoli everyone else is going to, but the one in Lodi is terrible!!!! more

My wife and love the home made tastes that John and Connie create. We ate there several times and the service was just as great as the food tasted. We at least once a week get a pizza to go and its never disappointing at any time. It even tastes great cold. All I can say to John and Connie is keep up the outstanding work. Pros: great food and service Cons: you will gain alot of weight more

Great pizza 7/19/2006

Napoli has very good pizza. The delivery was fast and courteous and the pizza was a great blend of flavor. Not flimsy, not too thick. Not too heavy on any one ingredient. more
