I can't comprehend why people keep eating here, and rating it positively. Entrees cost what you would expect to pay at a good Italian place, and reflect what America thought of the cuisine in the 1970's: greasy cheezy completely-lacking-in-fresh-ingrediants, and completely lacking in creativity.
If you must try Napoli's to experience the bad food and tacky decor for yourself - please, at least find one of their 50% off coupons that are liberally sprinkled across the internet. Then, at least your wallet - if not your stomach - will forgive you afterwards.
