ROCKS! 5/18/2010

I came to Napoli with the expectation of your standard Starbucks feel. Totally wrong. The atmospher, baristas, open floorplan, and customer service are far above Starbucks. I will drive out of my way to visit Naopli over Starbucks. more

overall amazing 11/25/2008

I have been going to Napoli for sometime now and the overall experience has been amazing. The baristas are always polite and the coffee is perfect. Sometimes I dont know what Im in the mood for and those baristas always make me exactly what I didnt know I wanted. Keep up the good work Napoli. I'd like to see you around for a long time. more

Best Espresso around 5/28/2008

Not only are the baristas friendly but the espresso is smooth and sweet just like it's supposed to be. They don't use those big automatic vending machine's like Starbucks and Satellite. Might as well get rid of the baristas and just put a bunch of quarters in for coffee. OK maybe dollars. Everything is hand crafted to your particular taste. Atmosphere is comfortable and conductive to conversation or even working on your novel. I really like the fireplace. We have our staff meeting their once a week and use the free wi-fi. more

Not Starbucks but good 9/18/2005

The overall atmosphere and surroundings are pleasant in this small coffe shop. The coffee itself is great and has a milder taste than Starbucks, not as much strong taste. The service has always been good while I have been there, however I have heard of one negative experience with the owner. The prices are lower than Starbucks for virtually the same quality, but it misses that distinguishing Starbucks flavor. more
