Good: Not much.. Although I am still bent on getting a Sonata, I will get it elsewhere.. Bad: The young man who took us on a test drive was nice enough, but didjn't know his stuff. Instead of saying he'd get the info for us, he gave us bad info that a salesperson had to correct several times.. Improvements: Much better training re: information on the autos, much better training in addressing the potential customers' needs.. Other: We spent more than 2 hrs at the dealership...after the internet guy, we had to talk to 3 other people...one sales guy, Scott was the nicest and most knowledgeable. The last guy never introduced himself, just sat down and sort of threw numbers at us...by this time it was a little after 6p and we had to leave because of dinner plans. He said he would call the next day...he still hasn't called..
