I went to Naples Fitness, based on a friend's recommendation, even though I was a bit reluctant about personal training, based on a previous experience elsewhere. My goal was to lose weight after being pretty inactive for a while and finding myself at my heaviest weight ever. What I found in my trainer, Hunter Cook, was the complete polar opposite of what I had experienced at other gyms. He truly cares about his clients and is so invested in you and your success. He always goes above and beyond, taking off-the-clock hours to plan at-home or vacation workouts, study and research nutrition tips to share with his clients, teach proper stretching techniques, and more. He, David, and the whole Naples Fitness team are friendly, welcoming and very encouraging. I lost 9 lbs of body fat and 8 inches in the first 6 weeks of training. I'm now at 18 lbs and 15 inches just 13 weeks into it. I cannot say enough about Naples Fitness. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight, tone their body or just invest in their overall health.
