Naperville Music is the best choice around for those looking to purchase instruments, equipment, etc and for those who want to take lessons. I started taking drum lessons a few months ago; my teacher is excellent!! I also purchased a set which is of a good quality and perfectly tuned at an excellent price. Every single staff member I've come across there is friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They are all about MUSIC unlike some other music businesses. Make this your first stop for lessons and equipment! more

Fantastic Local Music Shop 3/8/2012

I love going there for the quality of their instruments and the great service they offer. The staff is knowledgeable, no pressure and easy to work with. Prices are great at Naperville music, and I think you would be hard pressed to find a better deal anywhere else. They have really high end instruments too, which is what I really like. They have your regular off the wall guitars in good shape, but the room they have for the next level guitars is just crazy good. They also have REALLY great amps to play on. The layout of the store is nice and clean. The acoustic guitars section is so nice as well. A humidified temperature controlled room feels nice. There is so many things to see at the store besides keyboards as well, and the friendly staff is always willing to help answer questions. I will always take my business here, and I recommend you check them out before you go anywhere else. more

Naperville Music is the best! 2/17/2011

I run a touring theatre company and have been doing business with Naperville Music for over 20 years. These guys are great. Their service is exceptional, their pricing is the most competitive in the industry, they offer a tremendously wide array of sound equipment products to meet any need. My son has also purchased an electric and a classical guitar from these folks -- top of the line at a very competitive price. They also give back -- they donated harmonicas and recorder music for my trip to an orphanage in Haiti. Music is the international language, and their donation brought much, much joy to many little children.. These guys run an exceptional business -- and they care. That matters a lot! more

I'm a picky musician. 7/19/2010

I've done business with Naperville Music for many years.\r I've gone to the "big box" music mills...and my experience\r with the staff at Naperville is that they're attentive, work hard\r to make sure that what you get is QUALITY. The big box\r guys don't care beyond the sale. Naperville music gets my\r business. I don't even "shop" anymore. I've been in the music biz since 1966...experience, quality, trust and integrity mean everything to me. These folks have that!! more

Bad service 7/29/2008

I bought a fairly expensive piece of gear from these guys. Before the sale, they were attentive to my questions and returned all emails and calls promptly. After the item was delivered and was defective, they stopped returning emails and calls. It was a nightmare trying to track them down. more

Great store and staff 7/15/2008

I bought a few guitars there, and I was treated very well. Their prices are good, and they seem to want to help out. Usually busy so you may want to be ready to browse a few minutes. more
