I don't really know what to say about this place except I do wish I could give them 0 stars. This is where I found the bike I wanted, went in to buy the bike, 8 days later I am able to leave with it, FINALLY! Only to have to return again to sign a SECOND version of the title. Not too big of a deal, but, annoying nevertheless. Especially after taking off work BOTH TIMES and driving 30 miles across Austin to sign something I was told had been taken care of. So, I thought that was the end of my troubles with them and I could now enjoy my bike, WRONG! I recieved a letter from the county saying my Title had been rejected due to an error in completing the paperwork. I called Napalm they said it was under control and it should be in my hands soon. My temporary tags have now expired and I have this beautiful piece of metal sitting uselessly in my garage all due to the poor management of the paperwork at Napalm. I reccommend going ANYWHERE ELSE! more

I have been working with Napalm Motorsports on the purchase of a Yahama 650 priced at $4,099.00. After several days i offered them $4,450.00 for a drive out price. I was called today and the salesman asked if I was interested in the Yamaha for $4,450.00. I said you are saying that I can buy the bike for $4,450 drive out price, and he said YES .I returned to Napalm motors only to find out the price had went up to over $5,400.00. I would be aware of all the hidden charges and DO NOT TRUST what they tell you because you may be surprised!!!! more

Ben in sales is a pleasure to deal with, Non invasive sales approach giving you a relaxed service. The manager (insert name) is also a great guy who has a vast array of knowledge. I tried four other dealers in the Austin area with TERRIBLE service and SUPER$$$$$$. more

Personal Friendly Service 5/22/2009

This place is the best! So much better than the big corporate dealers. I always go to these guys for parts and tires! Prices are so cheap, and they get most stuff in within a day or two. They are just awesome. Go there, call them, check out their site- what ever just use these guys! Pros: Friendly, knowlegable, fast, cheap more
