My husband took me to the restaurant after a hard day thinking the small family restaurant would be a good retreat. We got to the restaurant around 8:30, ordered our drinks and appetizer, about 5 minutes later we ordered our food, a pizza and chicken parmigiana. While we're waiting we hear the manager tell the table next to us that the kitchen was backed up and she didn't get to put their order in right away (there are maybe 10 tables in the whole place) so it was going to be another 20 minutes before they would get their pizza. They had already finished their appetizers. About 20 minutes later, a really bad waitress brings us a pizza that looks similar to what my husband ordered. She scoops up a slice and serves it to him and he doesn't realize until after the first bite that it wasn't his. Turns out, after she gets back to the counter and wonders why I don't have any food that she figured out it was the pizza for the poor couple sitting next to us. So, they come apologize AGAIN and say it will be another 20 minutes to make their 8" pizza. They are more than understanding. We get told the pizza would be free which I hope since it wasn't our pizza to begin with. My husband eats his slice and we continue talking. About half an hour later, our waiter apologizes for the delay and says he just checked and our food should be up any minute... a bell rings. He brings out a pizza only that is wrong again. He goes to check what happened and we had to ask where my food was. He says the kitchen never got the ticket. There was not a single attempt to make it right, we got our 2 wrong pizzas free but still payed for our appetizers and drinks which I barely wanted to do. I left almost 2 hours later with no food and hungry. I don't know about you but the guy who thought it was a good idea to leave the pregnant lady hungry didn't really think about it. If I wasn't so tired it would not have been pretty.
Pros: Cute little place
Cons: Horrible Service, Kitchen staff goofs around outside while people wait for food
