We were so impressed with the service 1/1/2017

We were so impressed with the service, care and quality work that Napa Tire provided when our VW Jetta needed a new air conditioning system. Jay had to take the front end apart to do the work, and he showed us pictures of the different steps it took to do the job right. The staff are honest, delivered the car back to us on time as promised, and the air conditioner works perfectly now. We are very happy to have an excellent repair shop in Napa! more

Friendly and professional service 11/30/2016

I had a slow leak in one of the tires. The tech found a large staple and repaired the tire. also, gave me a quote for new tires. (which I will need before winter) no pressure to buy tires, just a concern for my safety. Friendly and professional service. more

Over the years, the team at Napa Tire has taken care of our cars. They are thorough, thoughtful and caring of these vehicles as though they were their own. We've never felt an "extra" service was added, an "extra" repair was required- their honesty rises them above the rest. more
