I called about a trailer hitch my husband really wanted for Christmas. They said they could order it, and have it in the next morning. I called the next morning to see if they had it before I left. They forgot to order it. They said they would order it again, and have it there by 3:00 in the afternoon. This was really stretching it because he was about to be home for Christmas vacation, but they were sure it would be there. I agreed. I called at 3:15. They never picked it up from there warehouse, and weren't going back. They said they could have it the next day, which was too late. I had to say nevermind. I am down to two hours before he gets home, and trying to find somewhere that has the main item I was getting him. Very upset. It was almost a $200 item. I will not be using NAPA anymore.
