My sister had a problem for a while with her car’s cooling system. The car kept overheating, and although she had replaced most of the parts in the cooling system, she decided that the fan clutch had malfunctioned. She had gotten the fan clutch at Napa, so she simply called them and arranged to exchange it under warranty. Napa didn’t try to contest her claim that the fan clutch was bad, nor did they patronize her as car places often do to women. When Napa states a warranty on one of their parts, you can trust that they are good for their word!
