Nannies Of The Valley

We were SO disappointed with Nannies of the Valley - DO NOT USE THEM. The service they provided was terrible and they were not willing to admit their faults and refund our money. Everyone else we worked with in Napa was wonderful except for them! They were hired to help at a wedding reception and rehearsal dinner and we were so disappointed with them at the rehearsal dinner (because they didn't do a thing except sit there and ask when they were going to be paid) that we cancelled their services for the wedding. They insisted on still being paid even though they did not do a single thing to help or speak to a single child at the event. Terrible customer service. more

Was not pleased with there service, the caretaker never showed up and the owner of Nannies of the Valley charged my husband and I anyway. After we refused to pay her for their non performance she somehow managed to finagle a false report to the credit bureau, which the credit bureau bought off on. The item can only be released by Nannies of the Vally, These people are scammers. Have an attorney look over their contracts, After the disaster hits the fan, they claim their nannies are sub contractors and they are not responsible for their actions. Nannies of the Vally only collect the placement fee. According to the State of California Franchise Tax Board. Nannies of the Valley has breach the employer / sub contractor relationship,\r It is my understanding that the State of California is investigating this company. more

First of all, their response time was a little over 72 hours. Most importantly, they expect the nannies to report their earning to the IRS and California Franchise Tax Board on their own. Guess what, the nanny they provided for us did not report the income to the taxing authorities, so we had to pay it..... Nannies of the Valley would not return our phone calls on this matter and we ended up being audited. Thanks for the con Nannies of the Valley more
