I called the store on Wednesday, 7/21/10 to inquire about 2 screen doors for my house. Nancy took down the measurements quoted me a price and asked for my credit card number. I asked her to send a serviceman over to make sure that my measurements were correct - which she said would be free of charge. The guy came over on Friday, 7/23/10 - 1 hour later than was expected. He measured the windows and said that he'd be back in a couple of hours to install my screens. He came back 4 hours later and installed my screen doors - which did NOT fit. He removed them and said that he would have to take them to the store to fix and he'd be right back. A few hours later he came back with a receipt in hand and told me that I had to sign the receipt before he would install the screen doors. We argued back and forth - I got tired and gave in - I signed the receipt. He installed the screen doors - which still did NOT fit again. There are 2 big gaps on the bottom which allows insects to get into the house. I later realized that Nancy had charged me not only for the screen doors - but an additional $80 for a service call and an additional $78.25 to fix the serviceman's own mistake with the measurements! I was appalled by their crappy service and their lack of customer service! Not only will I never return to them but I will contact the Better Business Bureau and report them for FRAUD!!!
Pros: I can't think of any!!!
Cons: They're a bunch of crooks!!!
