So grateful to Nancy! I feel extremely lucky that I found Nancy Lichtenstein because I don't think that many counselors could have seen so many connections & insights that she saw which helped me so much. And now, I know I can continue my development of self-love & understanding with these tools of reflection/insights. I am still going through ups and some downs in terms of self-esteem and stress, but overall I feel I have made so much progress in terms of understanding myself and really caring for and accepting myself as a person. Thank you Nancy for all of your help. more
