I am Jessica Noelle Shifflett, the great niece of this couple, Robert & Nancy Arnold, and I'm telling you now, DO NOT put your child in this home, and if your little girl has been here, please sit down and talk to her.
This has been ongoing since before 2000, and I was molested by Robert in his truck, which is apparently his signature. I attempted to get CPS and police involved, but family members decided to protect and lie for them as well.
Please, PLEASE talk to your child, ask if they EVER rode in the truck with him alone, and PLEASE call police and add to this case.
And DO NOT take your child here.
