***THIS IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION****3 years patron - one of first set of people there when they first opened. The food portion and quality (new distributor) has went from great to bad. The service has tremendously declined. To many changes in staff. Be aware when waiting for seating it can take 10 15 minutes and you will get bumped by friends of staff. For this up and growing area NANA is refreshing but I want better and NANA is not it anymore. My recent visit - Disappointed. My family and I have been a regular customer at NaNa Sushi since they opened in 2008, so much so that we went to celebrate or 19th Wedding Anniversary with them. ""Nata wo kashite yama wo kirareru"" UNFORTUNATELY, our day of celebration turned into our last time eating at NaNa Sushi and instead a good steak at Ruth's Chris. We waited for 15 minutes (standing) for seating, while another couple (friends of the hostess) came in and was seated in a waiting area, their coats were taken and within 5 minutes were seated at a table. In addition to us, there was another couple that was also waiting for seating before us. The hostess' explanation for this service was that the manager, Desmond requested for them to seat before us. When we requested to speak with the manager she informed us that Desmond asked us to call the next day to discuss the matter and would not talk to us this evening. We support small businesses and wish for them to thrive but I feel with NaNa Sushi's ... been a regular customer at NaNa Sushi since they opened in 2008, so much so that we went to celebrate or 19th Wedding Anniversary with them. Review - The quality and portion of the food has declined (especially the beef and shrimp) since they first opened. Food is tasty. The atmosphere is pleasant.
