Nami Sushi Bar

We have been regulars at Nami since it opened. However, it has gone downhill over the past six months. We were treated rudely. Our server made it to our table 15 minutes after we sat down. We asked about the specials and he told us that we would have to ask the chef. LOL. pitiful. We sat from 8pm to 9:15pm and we never saw our food. What made us really angry is that there were 3 other tables that had sat down AFTER us, ATE, PAID and LEFT before we got our food. We brought this to our server's attention, only to be treated as if we were some burden... AGAIN. After waiting almost an HOUR AND A HALF we left what we owed (more than what we owed, actually. We went to Nami right when it opened, so no other customers were even there yet. The waitress was so rude. First, we had trouble just getting her to come over to us. Then, every time we asked her a question, she acted like we were bothering her. It wasn't like the place was busy, although there would still be no excuse for her rudeness. Not a good first impression of the place though. We finally just decided to leave because who wants to stay and eat in a place where you don't feel welcome? The Sushi is amazing, the Chef's are wonderful, they just got their liquor license and now serve many varieties of Saki. I go here frequently, and it's just about replaced fast food as a comfort food. Pros: Inexpensive, Romantic, Prepared Fresh more

This place was good for sushi in a pinch, until they started using what tastes like A-1 Steak Sauce as the spicy sauce. It's well worth the extra fifteen minute drive (and $15 savings) to Noble Fish, or the five minute drive to Little Tree. Pros: Great Location Cons: Tiny Roles more

Love this restuarant. Food is always fresh and well prepared. Place is clean, staff is friendly, and even though it's a bit pricy for lunch....can't resist! Would recommend this place to everyone.
