They tried to sell me a "new" Chloe bag, which I found to be fake because the key lock was upside down. When I told them, they were extremely rude and they stuck it back in the case. I was treated poorly the entire time and felt like they were bugged having a customer in their store. And anyway, why do they sell fake bags? That's disgusting. I know that it's tempting for people to want fake products, but fake merchandise is so tacky. If you can't afford the real deal, at least by something cheaper that supports our economy and is made of decent quality. And it's illegal. Fakes are never in style. more

It is a Rip Off Place! Normally I love consignment stores. This place is a Rip Off on the clothes me and my roommate brought in. I wish we donated to DI or Big brothers and Big sisters. They were so mean to us. We felt so disrespected with their attitude and mean manners. They paid my Brand new BEBE Dress for 5 bucks. The tag was still on it for $128.99 and half of the stuff I consigned were gone. They claimed my stuff went to donation. I call 3 times a month to check on them. How could they be gone? I feel they were not honest and they were short with us for a reason. I neither will ever shop at this place nor will ever bring any of my stuff in. I am so UPSET! more

I always make money at Name Droppers 4/12/2010

I have consigned with Name Droppers for 15 years, there isn't a store in Salt Lake to compare it to. The personal service is great and I get calls to come see things that the staff knows I'd love. They are friendly and very fashion forward. If I want to know what's in and what looks good on me the staff "Will Not "let me buy anything unless it looks absolutely great on me, I have been told "no you can't buy that because it's just not as flattering as something else". I love their honesty. I have made Thousands over the years with my clothing, If they take it it's going to sell, they sure know their clients. Pros: one of a kind always find what I want Cons: none! more

Great Store For Designer Clothes 3/20/2010

The new Namedroppers store is like walking into a la boutique. I live in los angeles and shop namedroppers every time i'm in utah. Shopping there is like having personal shoppers...really good staff. love this store...hit it up for good deals. Pros: high end jeans Cons: none more
