Best service depatment in Atlanta! 2/13/2012

Such amazing customer service! Heath Wages was the nicest most helpful guy that I have ever encountered in the 10 years of owning Nissans. This was my first visit to the Service department at Capital City Nissan and it will not be my last. I was not sure what was going on with my car and the team at Capital City was able to diagnose it and have it fixed in no time! Best experience I have ever had from any Nissan dealer and I will never go anywhere else. So glad my friend referred me there I owe him a dinner! more

My service center of choice! 1/4/2012

My service center of choice! I've been working with Doug Ancker since I purchased my first Altima in '99. I then purchased an '03 Altima from Capitol City (Peachtree) and now have an '05 Altima that I've inherited. All have been cared for by Doug and the technicians in the shop. Doug has always been adept a balancing the demands of his position and the needs of the customer. He's a good listener. The quality of service has been excellent, and Doug and the technicians are the reason I stick with Capitol City. more

Best Place For Best Car Deal!!!!!!!! 4/1/2009

I am so glad I decided to stop by Capitol City Nissan! My lease on my Acura was about to expire. I met David Torrence, who became my salesman. He was exactly what I needed after several bad experiences at other dealerships! He was so patient while I looked at two models and really listened to what I wanted in my next car! I test drove two models and decided on a Murano. Wow, what an incredible vehicle! Had everything I wanted in features but was concerned if it fit in my budget. David and the General Sales Manager, Wayne, worked with me on a deal that I could not turn down! I was very impressed with Wayne and his knowledge of the industry! I felt that I got a really terrific deal and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to just walk in and see what they have to offer. You may just become a happy Nissan owner like me! Pros: Willing to deal! No Pressure! Professionalism! Knowledge! Cons: What are the drawbacks? more
