Naked Clay Cafe

We had a great time here during Spring Break. Our whole family came and spent several hours painting and just having a lot of fun. We planned on coming back again. However, after calling three times to find out if our items were done, we went to pick them up and they told us that the mug our son painted had been broken before being fired. I don't know why no one called us to let us know. They did give us an "Oops" card so he could come back and paint another mug, but that didn't make up for our disappointment. I think they should have refunded our money, and given him an "Oops" card to come and paint another mug. That would have made us all want to come back and paint again. I told all our friends about how much fun it was - but now, I don't think I'd want to come back again. My son will have to go back, otherwise, we have lost the money because they don't refund anything - even if it's their fault. more
