I DO NOT recommend this nail salon. They added on nail art AND a deluxe pedicure without my permission and then tried to charge me for it. Obviously, I was upset by this and did not tip them (and I usually do, very well). I just saw on my bank account that she somehow added a tip because it is $5 over what my receipt showed.\r My sister also stated they added on a deluxe pedicure to another woman when she was in there one day, who also was very upset. My manicure was horrible and had bubbles in the polish. I would encourage you to go elsewhere! more

I do not recommend this salon. They burned me during the waxing process and refused to issue a refund. I have filed a complaint with the state board. more

Great service and super friendly staff! 11/22/2011

i went into Nails 1st after a long day at work and walked out a very happy girl! i was greeted with a warm smile as soon as i walked in the door and was taken back right away for a full set. my technician paid great attention to detail and making sure i was happy. the overall atmosphere was very positive...the clients around me all seemed very pleased and the decor is nice. also, i think their prices are a few dollars cheaper than all the other nail salons in the providence area. i will definitely be going back! more
