Vanessa is so friendly and talented! She has the most amazing colors and truly does a beautiful job. I've been going to her for months now and my eyebrows look amazing! they are shaped perfect. I would recommend her to anybody. When she paints your nails the color lasts forever!! I can do dishes, workout you name it and they don't chip. Everywhere else I go it only lasts a couple of days. See Vanessa for a pedicure that lasts forever! She's very busy but ALWAYS manages to fit you in and, with great conversation and a sweetness like no one else, she'll give you a mani/pedi that lasts a lifetime! Vanessa used to be on Walnut St. next to Joan Shepp but moved to a lovely salon at 1440 Lombard just a few blocks away. She has an amazing polish selection with the best brands and has a great sense of color to help you choose the right polish for you! She does waxing, too!!! BEST MANICURE IN CENTER CITY 2/14/2009

I love getting manicures but I am usually disappointed by them and they do not last a long time. With Vanessa, this is never a problem! My manicure stays perfect for at least two weeks. She does a great job and she is friendly and personable. Definitely go to Vanessa if you are looking to get your nails done! Pros: Friendly, good manicure, nice products more

Vanessa is the BEST! Her new location is at 1440 Lombard in Philadelphia. She gives amazing manicures, and the best gel nails in town. She also rocks at waxing! Vanessa always makes time for her clients and makes sure you are beyond satisfied. She is a sweetheart and picks the best color for you always. If you want the best nails and facial waxing and bikini waxing give Vanessa a try . She does meticulous manicures that last weeks. Her eye brow waxing is superb!. She also will make you chuckle with her funny stories. best eye brow and brazillian wax in the city 1/27/2009

If you want someone to give you eyebrows that have a arch go straight to Vanessa. My eyebrows have no arch I allways look sad. Vanessa gave me a arch for the first time I look happy and not sad. The Brazillian wax was painless and done with perfection. Vanessa also will make you laugh. Try her ,David who does hair with her is also someone that wont let your hair needs down also. more

She takes great care of her clients. She's been waxing my eyebrows for a while now, and is in the processes of recreating my arch. Each time I go to her my eyebrows get better and better. I always look forward to our visits. I highly recommend her! more

The best nails in Center City!!! 1/21/2009

I don't trust anyone but Vanessa to do an amazing job every time on my nails! She does flawless manicures and beautiful eyebrow waxes too. I was plucking mine all wrong and in a minute Vanessa fixed the shape and curve of them which completely opened up the look of my eyes. Vanessa's so nice and fun to talk to & I love visiting her after a long day!! ...Oh yeah the address is now 1440 Lombard St. phone # is the same. Go see Vanessa you'll love her as much as I do!! I don't know what I'd do without Vanessa. Vanessa's manicures last foreverr - my last one was perfection for weeks and was with an OPI polish that had literally JUST come out. Her color selection is incredible and all are high quality brands. She always has the newest color line-ups in and she'll pull out colors until you find just the right shade (: Plus, I love going in simply because Vanessa's a total sweetheart and takes such good care of her customers! She always fits me in at a time that's convenient for me - note though her phone number here is the still the same (215-731-0177), but her new address is 1440 Lombard Street in Center City (in Meringue Salon). Vanessa is absolutely worth the wait....call ahead she can be busy but always squeezes you in. She does the best french manicure (very natural and lasts forever) in the city and also great eyebrows too!! Best Nails in Philadelphia 1/5/2009

Vanessa is wonderful! Her color choices are the newest and most stylish. I never have to worry about picking a color because she has great taste and Vanessa knows all the latest trends. My eyebrows look perfect every time she waxes them. I look forward to going there because I always walk out feeling beautiful! My nail color last forever because she uses some magic stuff!
