This is the worst vietnamese nail salon I've ever been to. I've been to some in Philly and in FL. My good friend in high school's family even owns a nail salon so I would get mani/pedis on the house sometimes. So believe me when I say this place is the walmart of nail salons. There are rows and rows of unhappy nail techs and one grimey room in the back where they do waxing. The people here speak barely understandable english. What they speak is gruff ,opposite of warm, coarse english. The young men that work here are really uncooth and have no manners. The women that work there are not much better. Nobody smiles and they have no customer service skills. I had the worst most uncomfortable pedicure I've even had in my life at this place by this mean young guy that barely spoke to me. 3 different people finished my manicure in an assembly line manner. I don't even know if they work for tips because this level of bare minimum service deserves no tip. On the one hand I might feel bad for them because it is obvious that they hate their jobs. On the other hand, I am paying for their service and was planning on leaving them a good tip and did not deserve to be treated rudely or gruffly. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a treat and a relaxing experience. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was in there and not relaxed at all. I know this is a bare bones place...I've been to other bare bones places and I AM TELLING YOU THIS IS THE WORST one I've ever been to.
Pros: Dirt Cheap Prices, Quick
Cons: Horrible Treatment, Dirty Atmosphere, rows of Unhappy people doing nails in a big outlet mall, apathetic patrons
