Great Service 1/24/2009

I had a kitchen fire and called for an estimate, it was free. All of the other kitchen companies wanted me to pay for an estimate. NAFFCO came out the same day I called, measured the job and was able to price and order the cabinets all in the same day. My kitchen was installed 3 weeks later just as they promised. They take all short cuts, over priced and have the very bad customer service!!!! BUYER BEWARE 2/24/2008

Hired them to do plantation shutters in my house. They charged me $6000 for shutters. They do not trim out your shutters and I wasnt able to open my windows after they were done with the job. There is many other businesses that do custom blinds and floors,,,,,,,,,,I would not recommend using Naffco. JUST A WARNING ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. Pros: The materials they use are nice Cons: They do a less then par job. Dont stand behind their work. OVER PRICED. more
