Nacho's Taco House

I had heard good things about Nachos, so I went with a friend who gave me the recommendation. Never again. You have to pay for chips and salsa. I'm sorry, most people wouldn't think this a big deal, but when your paying high end pricing for low end quality food, everything seems to matter. Like the other reviews, it took us almost half an hour to get drinks, that is, after twenty minutes we both ordered, and after another ten, we got them. Our food took almost an hour for a wet burrito and an order of nachos. When we got our food it, there was nothing but lettuce and beans on the nachos, maybe a spoonful of sour cream on each plate. We asked for more, its a dollar for a tiny cup. Ridiculous. Nachos is a prime example of greed in the community, Higher prices with no quality. This place could be decent but I doubt they're going to change much. Save yourself the money and disappointment - Do Not Go To Nachos! Chips and salsa fair, we went with 6 people and it took an hour for food 20 mins to get drinks everything they had sucks, one person got sick, they started sweeping as we were eating, my order tasted like crap ask them to redo it and they said the kitchen was closed, so they gave me half off because i took a bite. i was better off going to taco bell dumpster and getting the food from there dumpster, it would of been cheaper and have more taste. they didn't even take our plates off the table. I cant beleieve that i took my family there. luckys or silver grill would have been better off. one more thing your better off cooking your own food and service sucked Pros: nothing good salsa Cons: everything more

Really good food! The prices are kind of steep! If you substitute anything you get charged, don't want rice and want beans instead? Extra $1.50 for that! One of the reasons I only eat there once in a blue moon, every time I go in there the prices have been raised. Guess its the best in Lapeer County! Ever tried Sage Brush? even better and great prices! Its in Lake Orion and worth the drive, you will want to go back! YHE CHIPS WERE SOAKED WITH GREASE. THE BURGER MEAT WAS FLOATING. MAYBE I WENT WHEN THEY WERE TRAINING A NEW COOK. IT WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. more

This is without a doubt the best Mexican Restaurant in the Mich/Ohio/Indiana area. The food is abudant, authentic and reasonably priced. Its worth the drive if you like South of the Border taste. Any better or more authentic be prepared to drive to the Texas border!!! Pros: great food, inexpensive, great wait staff Cons: hard to find more
