Do not trust the owner, Linda. She is sneaky and untrustworthy. I recently had to return and reorder a ARIAT jacket in a smaller size. I picked up the jacket over 2 weeks later! When I was home and tried it on, the jacket was way to small (size XS) when I looked to see what size the jacked was I noticed that the tag had been cut out of the collar of the jacket and the sleeve tag was also cut off. I immediately went back to the store, Linda accused ARIAT of cutting the tags and claimed it was a size small. She would not return the jacket. I called ARIAT, they were able to track the order of the jacket from the UPC Code. And Linda was proven to be a liar, she ordered the jacket in a XS because size small was not in stock. She also did not even place the reorder until 11 days after I requested it. ARIAT then overnight mailed me a new jacket in a different color but size small, directly to my house so I didn't have to deal with Linda again. I returned the size XS small jacket directly to ARIAT. Thank you ARIAT, shame on you Arizona Saddlery and its owner Linda. more

My first contact with this store was exceptional. The saleswoman was helpful and friendly. The store didn't have any boots in my size, and the sales lady told me she could get whatever size, style, color, etc I wanted to try on. Unfortunately, when I went back to the store to try on the boots, the owner was working. She is NOT customer friendly, and, when I told her the boots were not what I wanted, she charged me a $15 "restocking" fee. more

I would never shop at this store again or let anyone else at my stable shop here. Their business ethics are very questionable. After I spent almost $3,000.00 at this store I tried to exchange a horse blanket that I had only layed on my horses back to check the size and they said no. I was told that it was a final sale and could not be returned or even exchanged!! The woman was very rude to me and even threatened to call the police because I raised my voice to speak over her to try and explain. They never told me the blanket was final sale. Do not shop here!!! more

Arizona Saddlery, located in beautiful downtown Rochester, has just about everything for Western or English riders. Their friendly staff is always really helpful. The only downside is sometimes it is hard to find a nearby parking spot, easier to get in/out in non-peak shopping hours. more
