The prices are very reasonable for what you get.. Most run about $7-$8 and the meat is great quality. If you're into their lamb, all the choices are amazing.
I tried ordering through Grub Hub just to give pickup a shot (normally use it for delivery). Received a prompt email telling me the time frame my food will be ready. 8:10 PM - 8:20 PM, I arrived at 8:15. I stood in a long line to tell him that I had an order. Fair enough, but they didn't have any of my food ready.
I ended up waiting there another 20 minutes for them to make it. The irritating part is that the guy working the cashier acted like he was just getting it together.
The Chicken Tikka Masala was average, but the Lamb Vindaloo was probably the best I've ever had. Great rice, generous portion of naan, delicious giant samosa. The raita is only $1 for a decent portion, but it tastes like bland yogurt.
4 Stars based on price and quality. -1 star based on careless service, and hit & miss dishes.
