Service was prompt, courteous and clean, and the first service call got our washing machine working again. Unfortunately, the repair didn't last, and they came out again 36 days later for the same problem. The second time, they said we would need to buy a new machine. When I suggested they waive the second fee, the reply was that they often had to return to make repairs 35 or 40 days later, and if they didn't charge, they would go out of business. I don't know about you, but a comment like that sends up big red flags. The customer service worker was also defensive and hostile. It makes me wonder why she was feeling so uncomfortable. Something strange is going on. Buyer beware.
