It is easy, these days, to TALK THE TALK but these guys really WALK THE WALK From the first encounter via phone with Audrey NYC Tech Guys seem only interested in providing the very best tech service in a timely fashion. No one calls these guys to chat and usually the PC issue has already made you crazy before you have even dialed the phone so the ""calming"" effect is a welcome change from the ususal crap that you get these days from customer service reps I have used NYC Tech guys lots of times and my experiences have ALWAYS been positive. NYC Tech Guys are my go to guys for glitches and serious computer disasters. Let's see they've: recovered all my data from a failed hard drive, build a hand-selected new computer for me (for video editing, so it had to be the best of the best - but with my price concerns in mind), rescued my business partner's failing laptop while she was traveling and just about to make a presentation, resolved my software/hardware issues... I think I can just keep going on. Great on the home user front and really responsive for my business needs. more

I met Kurt many years ago when I was desperately searching for a computer guru to deal with the various tech issues related to my small business. I can honestly say that, if you need any type of computer help - from setting up a network to saving data from a hard drive and everything else in between - Kurt is the right guy to call. He responds immediately to calls for help and either shows up at your place of business or remotely takes over your computer and solves the problem. His prices are reasonable, he is proficient with both PCs and Macs and most importantly, he is an honest and reliable person. I cannot say enough good things about Kurt. I wish that I could find a ""Kurt"" in Florida to take care of my parents' computer issues. more
