Unfortunately, I am in doctors' offices far too often for various issues. I have never, ever seen anything so appalling as how this man runs his business. Today's visit was the last, for sure. After being shown into a room, he hands me a piece of paper that says "How can we help you today?" and leaves. I briefly jot why I am there and leave it, as requested on the outside of the door. He picks it up after 30 minutes and leaves. Comes back later with scribbles on there as responses to what I wrote. As he is leaving again, he says, please write your answers to my notes. I then say, "Excuse me, Dr...can we talk?" "No. I don't talk to patients anymore. Only in written form." This is the same office that no longer answers the phones. They promise to call you back within 24 hours. Really? I left 9 voicemails one week. And you rarely see him, only 25 year-old assistants who read your MRI results to you. If you have any questions, they shuttle back and forth to his office for answers. Each and every time "Do you want morphine?" Once in a while, he'll show up and say "I'll be right back" and never does. He gave me an injection on my second visit and screamed at the techs and told them to get the .. out of the room. I came recommended by one of his patients who he has known for many years, yet every time, he looked at me like a total stranger. "Have we met?" I get it. Too many patients to remember, but I have never experienced such rudeness and incompetence. Stay away. Far, far away. There are so many fantastic pain management doctors out there.
