Staff is super friendly! Always feel well taken care of!\r I bought a phone from them & they helped me work through all the kinks of setting it up through my provider: Straight Talk. The phone started acting up and they did a couple updates to get it going again. Later I cracked my screen and they quickly repaired it and got me back on the road. more

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I took my Galaxy SIII there to have the cracked screen repaired. $119 plus tax. I thought it sounded reasonable. However, when I got the phone back, the screen was raised. I was told that's how it is with refurbished screens. I wasn't happy, but I thought they must know what they're talking about, so I payed the fee to get my phone back and left.\r \r Later on that evening, after charging my phone for a little bit, I picked it up and noticed several cracks in the casing around the screen. These were not there before I dropped the phone off. To me, they appear to have happened because of the adhesive they used expanding as it dried. I took it back to NWA Cell Phone Repair today to have them fix it and they refused, saying that they didn't cause the cracking. They wanted me to pay an extra $60 to have the entire casing replaced. I told them they should replace it for free, considering they were the ones that caused the cracks, but again, they refused.\r \r I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be telling everyone I know not to use this company for any computer/cell phone repairs. more

DO NOT USE!!!!Brought an iPad 3 to them to repair, first attempt came back with a plastic screen that had come off before we got it home. Upon returning to the store the owner, Jason, refused to refund our money and instead said he'd fix it 'right' this time... Went back to pick it up on a friday, and they were closed at 5:00 (2 hours early) and the iPad was not ready as promised. Once I got the iPad back the second time it was glass (OEM) but not the oilephobic version that comes on the ipad (lots of finger prints) and the screen has come unattached again (greater than 50% of the screen is no longer attached.) The owner refuses to refund our money and insists on repeatedly making us drive 45 minutes each way to get the ipad fixed. more
