Two weeks after having work done on my car I decide to replace the pads on my rear brakes. The lug nuts were all on so tight that I could not remove them using the tools that came with the car. I had to use a breaker bar with an extension. If I were to have had a flat on the road I would have been stranded. I will find out on my next trip if damage was caused by this. Yes they did use a torque wrench after their power wrench over tightned them. I consider this poor training for their techs since they should have caught this. Pros: null Cons: null more

I bought 4-tires a while back with part 6/6/2012

I bought 4-tires a while back with part of the sales pitch being free rotation and balances. After 20K miles I returned for this service. It took over two hours. People coming in after be were given priority. Obviously because my order made them no money, Next set of tires will come from some where else. Pros: null Cons: null more
