I have the NTB coupon which I got thru 'Community Appreciation Program', which gives discounted oil change and free tire rotation. Let me tell you, these guys wont like to take coupons. The attitude of the employees and manager at this center is that people with coupons are no worth their time. They changed the oil and gave me an estimate of $2500 on different things to be changed on my car. I said I need some time to look at it, and informed him that I will get back. From that moment on, they behaved as though you are some nuisance. The way of talk went from normal to rash. The manager slammed the door while I was walking towards the door. NOBODY deserves a treatment like this !!! I asked him whether the free wheel rotation is done, and he said I need to do the alignment (which costs minimum $80) for him to do the rotation. The reason he said is my car tires have uneven wear, and so he will not do it. The 'Community Appr. Program' coupon doesnt ask for alignment to get free wheel rotation, as I have got it done from other NTB locations before. This is the second time I have gone to this location, and both the times they didnt do the wheel rotation. Last time, the reason was they didnt have time to do it. Dude, the uneven wear is caused by not doing the rotation. Lesson learned, dont rely on NTB. I decided to go to some other workshop and get the rotation done. NTB will only make my car bad. Guys, STAY AWAY from this location. They wont treat you as you think if you are not ready to spend money on things which they recommend. Better go to some other place.
