We have always used Napa for auto part needs in the past places that we have lived. We have always had good service and friendly people to deal with. I can't say the same for Lebanon Napa Auto Parts. I was trying to find an electric scooter for my child for Christmas. I had called around everywhere and no luck. I found out that a couple other auto part stores in town had them. I though maybe Napa would have them as well, so I went there to ask. I asked the guy at the counter if they carried them. He said no, and I said thank you and started to walk out he made a very loud, rude comment to my back about them not carrying scooter and basically that I was stupid for thinking they would. I couldn't believe it. I was polite to him and merely asked there because other auto part stores had them. He was an idiot and I will never go back there again. I'm sure others in that store are not so rude and stupid, but that was a very unnerving experience for me and he shouldn't be working there---or anywhere where customer service is required.
