A good overall experience 9/10/2012

Austin Real Estate Partners helped me buy a home. I stumbled across them as I was driving by their building, so I decided to give them a call. Bob was my agent and I found him to be very helpful. He had great knowledge of the area. Everything worked out very well. more

Les Sherman is the best real estate agent in town. Take that to the bank! 8/25/2012

Les Sherman's experience and knowledge was invaluable. He knows so much about all aspects of the home buying process. We were going to use a friend who is a much younger agent but ended up going with Les and it totally paid off. We ran into all sorts of problems in the inspection process and Les patiently held our hands through the process. We would have been totally lost without him and would not have made it through. We would have bailed on that house when we hit all of those snags even though it was the one we wanted. Because of Les, we now have the house we want and we didn't settle for something else. Needless to say, we made the right choice going with Les and Austin Real Estate Partners. more

When we decided to buy/sell we started interviewing realtors. We interviewed Bob at Austin Real Estate Partners and immediately liked him. He was honest, hard-working, and extremely knowledgeable. He took our "wish list" and found us a house quickly. He worked with us every step of the way through the process and was always professional and agreeable. Great service from Austin REPs 3/20/2012

As a newcomer to the Austin (and North American) area one needs more than an agent but a concierge too. Bob McKenna is a mine of locational information who learned about about my families needs and put the pieces of the puzzle together. A difficult job very well done. Great experience 3/14/2012

We relocated to Austin and began working with Bob McKenna shortly after we arrived. He educated us on the market for almost a year before we bought. We looked at numerous properties and he was very patient and offered valuable advice and information. He helped us negotiate a very good buy and we are very appreciative of his guidance. Highly recommend for a professional experience with good data to back up advice. more

Awesome! 2/16/2012

Teri, Melinda and Bob were all great. We sold our house plus an additional lot with Melinda, found a temporary place to stay with Teri and located our new home with Bob. They are truly a one stop shop. Their expertise on the Austin market, specifically the 78739 and 78749 areas, is without question the best in town. I would recommend them to anyone, except my enemiesLet them go look for an inferior agent. more

Absolutely amazing 2/16/2012

My family and I have worked with 9 realtors over the years in 3 different states. Tara from Austin Real Estate Partners is one of only 2 that I would recommend to everyone, and the only one in the Austin area. She is amazing! Tara is professional, organized and a pleasure to work with. She came to our initial meeting with plans as to how she would sell our house and had already done background information on pricing and availability. She had it staged for us and although it was a pain (I'm not going to lie) living in the "perfect house", it worked and it sold on the first day! If I ever get to come back to Austin, I will hire her again in a heartbeat and I recommend her to everyone who asks me how our house sold so quickly. more

They do everything up and above board. 2/6/2012

The one thing that stood out to me about Austin Real Estate Partners is their integrity. They were very polite about it, but when we sat down to do business, they let us know that there would be things that needed to be done like house inspections and such, and if we could do that then we could be in business. We really like that they do things on the up and up because that is exactly how we work too. more

Highly recommended! 1/21/2012

Coming from out of town, I really knew nothing about the Austin. I looked online for realtors, but I didn't know where to start. I found Austin Real Estate Partners on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. I chose this company because they had an A+ rating. I feel very lucky to have found Austin Real Estate Partners. Over the phone and through emails, I explained to Bob what I was looking for and the very little amount of time I had to find it. Bob was extremely friendly, patient, and helpful in helping me find everything that I was looking for in an apartment, and in an area of town that I would be happy living in. My mom, who has seen her fair share of realtors, accompanied me and Bob in the hunt. She was very impressed by the dedication this company had for its costumers. I will definitely call Austin Real Estate Partners in the future when looking for a new apartment or to buy a home, and would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a home. more

Extraordinarily detailed representation offered with genuine care and concern 1/19/2012

My husband and I had to sell our house during the abysmal 2008 market. We didn't want to leave Austin, so we (me!) were certainly more "needy" clients than the average. Bob, Melinda, and their entire staff were so kind and caring and patient with us. We were blown away by their thoroughness in helping us prep the house in advance of putting it on the market. We visted many comparable properties with Bob prior to deciding on a listing price and continued to visit our competition with him as new properties came on the market. We really feel like Bob and his staff leave no stone unturned in the preparation stage. And the quality and quantity of their marketing is beyond impressive. In a market that redefined itself almost daily, we still managed to get a decent price with Bob's diligent negotiating. If we are ever fortunate enough to be able to move back to Austin, Bob and Melinda will be our first call! We enthusiastically recommend Austin Real Estate Partners! more
