Nu Agains crews did a very good job of cleaning, sanding and sealing our deck, pergola and brick pavers. Despite delays caused by 7straight days of rain, the job was completed to our satisfaction. Nate was very responsive to our concerns and provided excellent customer service. more

Professional, courteous, thorough and neat. We highly recommend this company and have had our deck professionally done in the past but not with the same fabulous results. more

Nu Again deck and fencing did a terrific job on our deck. In paricular the two men who did the restaining of the deck and railings were simply terrific. They were very careful where the white railings met the brown deck. A job well done. more

My son worked for this worm of a man...the stories he told me and what he did to my son is why this man should be reported not only to the labor board but to OSHA...he does not pay overtime...he does not offer personal protection equipment...he stores chemicals in a way where the van they drove caught on fire...and customers...haha...he started a job and realized he under bid it and had my son and coworkers walk off the job and left it unfinished...he comes across as a good business man but is the biggest LIAR U ever want to meet...if you like getting screwed and lied to...hire this worm...if not try someone you can trust!!!! O and to ilovemyhgtv...what are u a relative...U could not have scripted your response better...you sound just like Nate...maybe you are Nate the worm!!! more

NuAgain sealed my deck yesterday. it rained 1 1/2 hours later. not sure if it affected sealer. tried to get manufacturers information from owner so i could verify his claim that it was water safe immediately, but he only repeated over and over that i had his assurance that everything was fine. kind of fishy because every sealer available in stores has this basic application information, but he can't get it from his supplier. guess i'll have to wait and see how it lasts. be careful with this company. more

We used this company to finish our deck. It looked terrible. When we asked them to fix it they wouldn't show up. It had nothing to do with weather delays. We eventually had another company come out to power wash and refinish it. The finish from NU Again wouldn't come completely off and still makes our deck look bad in some places over 5 years later. I wish we never would have used them. While researching this company after our problems and in trying to resolve the issues which were never resolved--I believe we found out this company had operated under another name before this and changed to try to wipe away their poor reputation. It was expensive and ruined our brand new deck! more

Wow - I'm surprised with these posts. They are talking about workers not showing up, but neglecting to talk about their craftsmanship and the superior products used. Yes, at first I didn't understand why my appointments were cancelled and pushed back, but the other posters neglected to say the reasons the dates are pushed back is the weather which is out of their control. This is a major process and if any weather/rain interferes, they have orders ahead of ""ours"" they have to finish first. This is all dependent on the weather and how many decks they have booked. Enough of that. **My calls were ALWAYS answered. **The owner is very professional and guarantees his work. **Look at the picture of my finished deck - beautiful. **I paid $17,000 for my deck to be constructed and if I didn't hire NuAGAIN I could have ruined my deck by not having it professionally stained/coated and sealed. As an ""OCD"" person who is very particular about everything, the job completed was ""WAY ABOVE"" my expectations. I live in a beautiful home on the Golf Course and would recommend Nu-Again to anyone! In closing, just completely understand their entire process and you'll be one happy deck user/owner! more

deck looks nu again. the entire process took about a week and the guys were great. we were already happy with the washing results only to be topped by the sanding and beautiful cedar stain they applied. the deck has been maintained professionally by other companys with lesser results. we contracted nu again because they offered a more riggorous service with better results. This is a terribly run business. Made lots of promises to show up, never called, never showed on any set date. We finally got them to do power wash, never showed up again for sanding and finishing..this went on for 8 weeks.. fired them and did the rest ourselves. They then wanted almost half the total for the powerwash..that was not going to happen..so they lowered it to 475..still to high. I requested they send invoice, they did not..but proceeded to call almost daily threatening to take it to collections..30 days had not even past since the powerwash and no invoice rec'd..no way was i giving them my credit card...receptionist is the rudest, unprofessional woman i have ever delt with..her final words to me when i called to respond to her rude messages was ""whatever""..very professional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY..give the good ones your business !!! Cons: had to gve rating on this site..zero would be my choice ! more

I always want to use local small businesses. I can not tell you how let down I was with NUAGAIN. The owner acts like he is your best friend and promises to exceed your expectations. Well, he didn't. I have made over six calls to try to get them to come out and complete the work. I always get told what I want to hear, but they never respond. Trust me, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Cons: Would not stand by their work more
