My husband and I tried this newer restaurant one cold fall evening. We didn't have a reservation (recommended) but the wait was short and we grabbed a drink at the bar to pass the time. While at the bar, we ordered an appetizer, the crab cakes on a bed or greens, with tarragon aioli dipping sauce. They were wonderful.
For our entrées, we I truly enjoyed my lamb shank, served on a bed of sage polenta and sautéed spinach. My husband also enjoyed his coconut and macadamia encrusted butterflied shrimp. For dessert we chose creme brulee, which was among the best I have tasted.
The ambiance is very warm, a great place for couples but perhaps not for families. The menu is somewhat small, but quality. The coffee was strong, just they way I like it! I will definitely return.
