I had NRG Heating & Air conditioning Inc. at my house for a Air Conditioning Install and they were wonderful. First of all, they were very responsive to telephone calls when I was setting up the install. I realize that it is the end of summer, but they were able to come within 2 days. When they showed up, on time, the whole team was very professional. Since I had the essentials, newer furnace with gas forced heat, the install only took half a day. These guys are awesome! more

NRG Heating & Air conditioning Inc. did a fantastic job! They arrived when they said they would, were very professional, gave me a quote that was reasonable and stuck to it. Our house was always dusty and hard to keep clean. With winter coming and the the furnace turning on, I knew I needed to get the ducts cleaned. I'm glad I did! You will be too! more

I had Nrg Heating & Air Cond Inc install my a/c unit in my home and we were so impressed! Not only did they install it for a reasonable price, they were so professional and were willing to travel to me, which was in LA County. I will refer them to any and all A/C heating jobs that I hear of!!! more

Nrg Heating & Air Cond Inc did a great job! They installed ventilation for our 500sq ft commercial shop and it was just what we needed. We had a surprisingly hard time finding an Nrg Heating & Air Cond Inccompany to do the work. They came and evaluated our needs, considered our unique space and existing venting and made a proposal that was completely different from the other companies we'd interviewed and it was the simplest and most affordable. Perfect! He also explained everything clearly without jargon and was more than patient with all of our questions. The two guys that actually did the installation were very friendly, worked efficiently and left the space as clean as when they arrived! So far the system has been working great. We can definitely feel a difference and are really happy with it. more

Nrg Heating & Air Cond Inc is an upstanding firm with reasonable prices, great staff and an outstanding work ethic. I would not consider using anybody else on home improvement work. Nrg Heating & Air Cond Inc is a true gem in the often shady world of contractors. I have told many friends of their work and everybody is pleasantly surprised and pleased with their outstanding craftsmanship and diligence. more

This company did a very clean job in replacing my aging ducts. They have given a reasonable quote and did the whole job in 1 day instead of estimated 2 days, using twice the crew to complete the job. They have a friendly interface and they are very helpful answering all your questions. more

Reliable Service! 10/29/2011

I was referred to NRG AIR by a friend of mine a few years back. I hired them to install a new Trane AC unit in my house. They did a great job and have been very helpful after the sale. When my second unit for my upstairs goes, it's 14 years old, I will call them again to replace it. If it's reliable service you want, go with these guys. more

I had these guys come out to my business and my house to fix my Air Condition. They did an amazing job, very helpful, knowledgeable and nice guys. They gave me a great rate and beat all the competition. The customer service and timing was excellent as well. Thank you guys now I enjoy my super cool office at home and work. You guys rock! more

I can say they are doing fine. I'm blown away with the speed of the repairman, but all in all I appreciate effort, respecting time frames and generally they have done a good job there. I had a problem with my AC and they were the only ones I could reach without any delay or without offering a crap load of other service, because when I hear that, I hang. Not really a great story, they came, I got a nice estimate. It was affordable and they got the job. I'm not easy to impress to I will not go on and on about their great service, but they have done alright and that is more than enough. I would recommend their services. more

Our ac started making this loud noise and I referenced yelp for an ac repair company. Nrg Air came up with raving reviews so I thought I'd give it try. They were friendly on the phone and I got a same day appointment. The guy showed up on time, quoted me prices immediately and went to work. He kept me updated as some challenges came up to remove my ac unit to clean and let me know what the exact cost would be. I was quoted to expect about $400 to $500 dollars for the repair at worst case scenario and ended up paying $295 for a job well done. I am a realtor and will refer Nrg Air to all my clients with ac repair needs. more

Not expensive! 10/19/2011

My AC unit broke down at the WORST possible time. The first day of a long weekend and the beginning of the hottest heat wave this summer. Just wonderful. Luckily, this company was able to show up at the property within 30 minutes of my calling and identified the problem within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, my entire AC unit needed to be replaced. I pushed for Nrg Heating & Air Cond Inc because the guy sounded sincere and seemed to know his stuff. My landlord finally agreed and they got the job done in 1.5 days. This team is clean, nice and professional. more

Very fast service... 10/17/2011

I had problems with air conditioning. There have been some kind of device failure due to sudden power failure. When I power on, unit began to smoke. I turned it off and called the company. They came very quickly and fix the defect immediately. They are not expensive service. more

So far so good 10/16/2011

Great company, very nice people altogether. I just got a baby boy (exactly 2 months ago) and, because the winter's coming, I can't allow drastic temperature changes in my home. I have had a lot of problem's with my central AC in the last few years. the heat pump used to die on me every 3 months, hot or cold. Contractors were there fixing it every time, charging me hefty sums every time. After changing a dozen contractors, I called NRG and they were actually the first contractors I've had so far which didn't overcharge and taken advantage of a single mother fixing her home. It's been a couple of months since and the AC's been holding up. If it brakes down on me again, I'm taking some stars off. So far, a full five star rating for NRG. more
