The food is great the service has always been great even when they are busy the owner is a nice guy he runs the place and does a fantastic job they have all kinds of great food a full bar some times they have a buffet style where you can try all kinds of stuff and it is all good Greek food but they even have excellent\r burgers and more.\r \r They have nice hostesses the bar people are nice and fun and the desserts are also awesome. more

Took in an early Friday night meal. Started with the Hummus which had a different taste and consistency compared to hummus I've had in the past, nevertheless it was tasty. I had the chicken souvlaki, which was tasty and loaded with fresh tomato and lettuce. My dining partner ordered the stuffed pepper's, her plate was loaded with two huge peppers surrounded by peas. I tasted both, the peas had a unique taste, possibly tomato, and the peppers were seasoned perfectly. We opted to dine outside, the live acoustic music was a nice backdrop for the evening. I went here visiting my Grandma and Aunt. I did not have a pleasant experience here. Outside there was a fundraiser going on playing very loud and terrible music. Right when we sat down there was a woman who was apart of the fundraiser asking us for money. I am all for fundraising and supporting anything to help the community but when I want to go relax and have a nice dinner the last thing I want is someone asking around for money while there is a terrible karaoke going on in the background. Basically, an unpleasant atmosphere kicked off my evening. I had chicken souvlaki which was tasteless and served on a stale "pita" and the rest of my family had moussaka which tasted as if it was premade from the freezer. Since I wasn't enjoying my souvlaki, they were nice to ask for a replacement dish so I asked for the grape leaves appetizer. They were rock hard, cold, and dry. I've had better grape leaves from a can! Needless to say, I did not enjoy my dinner experience and grabbed a bowl of matzo ball soup from TooJay's down the street. I won't be back again. more

I had a similar experience as reviewer "River" . Regular customer, until one day when my normal portion of octopus was reduced to a side plate instead of a platter and I was charged significantly more for less food and my friend was told they were out of meat pies because they had not gotten their order yet. I thought the meat pies were made on premises as they are so simple to make a Chef would not order in frozen pies. Also service has gotten worse, it was always slow, but the food used to be worth it. more

Check your bank statement if you plan on paying with a credit or debit card!!! Apparently the waiters there like to charge extra in tip without your consent. I ordered to go from there twice and both times they got my order wrong. When I called to complain, the waiter or GM, JRama was very arrogant and added an extra $10 to my bill. I spoke to the owner, he wanted me to come in for my refund and when I explained I could not, he then asked me to email him a copy of my bank statement showing the charge. I did just that and it has been 2 weeks and I have yet to see my refund! I love Greek food but its a shame that this place is a rip off. more

We attended last night, we were regular ongoing customers, particularly for the octopus and just to have a relax time and have drinks until last night where they opted to increase our price on the tab without notification. As stated in the menu the octopus is listed for $13 and they charged us $15.95 without previous notice, we proceeded to notify the server that there was an error in our tab (according to the menu price list and we know the price well). The bartender jumped in very rudely and informed us that they changed the price according to market price. However, nowhere in the menu the price for this item is stated as Market Price it clearly says $13, not mentioning the reduced portion. This is illegal and poor business decision. They chose to lose frequent customers for $2.95 and treated us terrible and in an insulting manner. more

The belly dancer was nice but the food was not as good. The all male server staff was horrible, we sat for 15-20 minutes before they realized that we were there (had a groupon so I didn't leave). Maybe it was a bad night but I am not going back. more

I love this place and recommend it because the food is so good.\r \r I had grilled lamb chops with lemon potato's and peas.\r \r Wife had Mousaka (Eggplant potato and beef.\r \r The Humas was great and the Spanakopita (spinach & cheese pie)\r \r Just thought i would mention what we had because the other guy said the other reviewers may not have eaten here!\r \r This place is the best and five star for sure. more

Excellent food and service. Wednesday night buffet for $17.95 per person is a must. Traditional Greek recipes and flavors are Just delicious. Amazing find in Coral Springs - no wonder it's always busy! more

Whoever wrote the previous reviews of this restaurant never actually ate at this place. Unfortunately, I did. For starters, the greek salad....my cat could have made a better greek salad. The spinach pie? Fair. The world famous lamb chops? Slim/thin cheap meat, tasted ok. The hummus, not so good. If your looking for good greek food, stick with taverna opa in hollywood. Only place in S. Florida that makes their food fresh. The waiter at Mythos was dealing with approximately 8-10 tables and was too congested. Overall he did fine though. more

Worth checking out! Attentive service, attractive busboys. I had the whole red snapper broiled and it was very good. The accompanying brocoli was crunchy and tasty. The hummus is great and the hot fresh pita bread was just right. The large Greek salad was quite large and fresh. I will return without a doubt! more

The only good thing about Mythos was the hummus. Everything else tasted horrible! The food has no flavor and when it does it taste like lemons. I had the shrimp. The plte look nice but had no flavor. For $25 i expected more. Oh the peas where pretty good. My wife had the lamb chops. They didnt even taste like lamb. For an appetizer we had the fried zuccini which tasted like they went bad, very bitter. The total price of the meal was $74. This is way too much for the meal and the service we had. We used to like Mythos but it seems like they got a new chef. We are never ever going back again. more
