Excellent customer service! I somehow lost a part on my machine that made it impossible for me to use...I called Myers and they had me bring the machine right over, located the part for me, and I was on my way! Super friendly and helpful. I will go to them for all my sewing needs from now on. Thank you so much!! more

Great Customer Service 10/14/2010

I called the store before I went because very few, maybe one carry singer sewing machine accessories. Phone was answered promptly and respectfully. I was advised to bring my machine in when I came so that the right part could be retrieved. I was greeted upon entering the door and was promptly helped with the part. Great experience and I will definitely go there again!! more

Great Store!! 6/1/2010

I went into Meyers after checking out some other shops in town when my machine broke in the middle of a project. The owner was very friendly and was able to service and fix my machine in the same day! I would recommend meyers to anyone!? Pros: Service, friendliness more

Great Store 12/24/2009

I live out-of-state and can schedule servicing for my machines while I am in town. I have an Elna serger and Bernina embroidery machine. They provide prompt repair and maintenance service. If I lived in COS, I would take the lessons they offer. They are quite knowledgeable on a variety of brands of machines. They have a good selection of feet, needles, threads. embroidery stabilizers, patterns and software in stock. They will order parts for you as well. Even though I bought my equipment elsewhere, they have always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store. Pros: New & used sewing machines, lessons plus repair & service more

Excellent service, very helpful!!! 3/18/2008

I take my Pfaff here to be cleaned every couple years. The people are always very nice and the prices are very reasonable. My machine was sticking one day and I called them and asked if they could help me over the phone. They told me how to fix it myself so I didn't have to spend any money! I never told them who I was or if I had been there before so it wasn't because I was a customer before. I have never seen a rude person there, very helpful and nice! I highly recommend using them :) Pros: excellent service Cons: far from my house more
