Almost a month ago I went into Myers and placed a small order. The sales associate Michael was very helpful on my first visit, and told me it would be delivered to the warehouse on the next truck in a few days. It was not, but should make the next one and he would call me. He did not. I called him. He said he would check the warehouse and call me right back. That day ended and he had not called. A few days later I went in to get the order. Having told me it was ready but not checking the order I wasted a trip, only to find it had been damaged in delivery. A new one would be delivered on the next truck in a few days, and he would call me when it came in. It was not, and he did not call, I had to call. Flash forward to several weeks later and many phone calls on my end to get info on my order and no carpet. I have contacted Michael numerous times concerning this order (5 or 6), each time he promises to call me right back but never does. In fact I have not received one single call from this salesperson. Each time his only answer is that it is not on this truck and there is nothing he can do. Apparently this truck, the eighth one supposedly holding my order, has broken down. \r
Every time I call to speak to Michael, he responds as if this is the first time this order has crossed his mind since the last time we spoke. And on the last call I showed my frustration and got nothing but attitude from Micheal and he would not answer my question. I wanted to know why he had made no priority several weeks ago, when it was re-ordered (2nd time), and did not show up on the expected truck. (not to mention each truck after) \r
I am unable to offer any rating as my order, almost a month late is still unfinished.
